readyplace AG

We make complex knowledge simple, understandable and accessible at any time – from Oldenburg for companies, tax firms and public authorities across Germany.

  1. 2018

    readyplace is founded

readyplace was founded in Oldenburg in 2018 with the goal of making complex knowledge simple, understandable and accessible at any time. Today's board members Heiko Jabusch and Maximilian Hipp were involved from the start. For the first customer, EWE in Oldenburg, they developed a solution that supported new international employees during onboarding with structured guides. This first project gave rise to the idea of a flexible tutorial management system based on click tutorials, available anytime, anywhere and on any device – with clear instructions, visual aids and modern technology.

  2. 2021

    A decisive milestone

A decisive milestone followed in 2021: DATEV decided to extend its Help Center with click tutorials based on readyplace. Since then the tutorials have been viewed millions of times – impressive proof of the practicality, usability and scalability of our system.

  3. 2023

    readyplace GmbH becomes readyplace AG

In 2023 readyplace was converted into a public limited company (AG). With Jens Treskatis as third board member, the leadership team was completed and the company's strategic direction sharpened further.

  4. Today

    AI-based Knowledge Lifecycle Management

Today we help companies manage knowledge across its entire lifecycle: from AI-assisted creation and central management to targeted delivery, analysis and continuous improvement. Employees and customers receive exactly the knowledge they need – understandable, current and right at the moment it matters. We work across industries and have particular experience in the world of tax advisory firms.
