fillo is an innovative, AI-assisted app that guides people through complicated applications and official procedures in several languages. Clear step-by-step guides take over the form-filling assistance and explain the German bureaucratic system. Today the app was presented at Diakonie Württemberg’s futurum in Stuttgart.
“Empower people instead of administering them!” 💪 With fillo, clients can fill in applications independently as part of an Erklärcafé – leaving professionals more time for individual counselling.
ℹ️ fillo is a cooperation project of Diakonie Württemberg with the Kreisdiakonieverband Ludwigsburg, readyplace AG and an international team of volunteers. Together they worked intensively on the app’s concept and on the most suitable translations of German bureaucratic terms. fillo will soon be available for iOS and Android.
